Với hơn 18 năm xây dựng và phát triển Công ty CPKN Long Việt trở thành một trong những công ty hàng đầu về lĩnh vực sản xuất veneer gỗ tự nhiên. Năm 2020 qua chúng tôi đã đạt được sản lượng dán # 4,5 triệu m2. Trong năm 2021 này, Chúng tôi đang phấn đấu đạt mục tiêu sản lượng:
- Phủ dán veneer: 5,0 triệu m2
- Phủ dán Melamine, Laminate: 3,5 triệu m2
- Phủ dán Pano Profile : 1 triệu m2
Công ty chúng tôi thường xuyên nhập các loại gỗ chủ lực có xuất xứ từ Châu Âu, Mỹ, New Zealand, châu phi. Luôn có dự trữ khoảng 2000m3. Được bảo quản ngâm trong các hồ gỗ chuyên dụng. nên việc bảo quản chất lượng gỗ tốt quanh năm.
Nguồn veneer phong phú về chủng loại đa dạng về kích thước như white oak, red oak, cherry, Ash, maple, tràm, xoài, cao su…….. Luôn luôn dự trữ 1,5 triệu m2 kịp thời đáp ứng mọi đơn hàng.
Việc đầu tư vào các nhà máy sản xuất ván MDF Long Việt, PB Long Việt Đồng Nai với đầy đủ các độ dày với kích thước 4×8 và 5x 8 điều này sẽ rất thuận tiện cho quý khách khi đặt hàng: rút ngắn thời gian sản xuất, tiết giảm các chi phí trung gian, vận chuyển hàng hóa.
Phân xưởng lạng sấy của công ty với 8 máy lạng sliced và 1 máy lạng Rotary, máy sấy lưới được nhập từ Ý, Nhật với sản lượng sản xuất 5 triệu m2/năm với các độ dày từ 0.2 2mm đảm bảo đáp ứng kịp thời các đồi hỏi riêng biệt của từng khách hàng.
Tại phân xưởng cắt may ghép veneer với các máy móc như Fisher Rucker kuper, innovator của Đức, Đài Loan và đặc biệt công ty vừa lắp đặt đưa vào vận hành dây chuyền ghép veneer khép kín Fisher của Đức cho ra những sản phẩm veneer với công suất lớn, khắc phục các yếu điểm của kỹ thuật dán veneer là đường mí ghép thường hay bị lỗi.Đồng thời có thể xuất bán tấm veneer rời 4x 8.
Tổ cắt ván với máy cắt CNC model 2015 tối ưu hóa việc cắt ván giảm hao phí ván nền cho khách hàng. Đồng thời sẽ miễn phí cắt ván cho khách hàng mua ván của công ty.
Tại phân xưởng dán công ty có 10 chuyền dán trong đó có một chuyền chuyên dán mẫu đảm bảo trong 1 ngày có thể giao mẫu cho khách hàng.
Công suất dán hiện nay # 18.000m2/ngày, đáp ứng kịp thời cho mọi đơn hàng.
Đội ngủ QC nhiều kinh nghiệm với 20 nhân sự sẽ hạn chế tối đa những sơ xuất của sản phẩm khi đến tay khách hàng.
Đặc biệt: Năm 2020 vừa qua, công ty đã đầu tư thêm dây chuyền sản xuất Melamine, Laminate với công nghệ hiện đại từ Đức, Ý, Nhật mới 100% có công suất 5 triệu m2/năm, với nhiều chủng loại mẫu mã đa dạng, phong phú.
Bên cạnh đó hàng loạt các sản phẩm mới là các chi tiết đặc biệt trong ngành gỗ cũng đã được công ty nghiên cứu thử nghiệm và đưa vào sản xuất đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu khắt khe về chất lượng với chi phí thấp nhất: Mặt hộc kéo, Pano cửa, Chân bàn, Mặt bàn, Mặt ghế, Cánh cửa ép profile….

Especially, the company has just installed and put into operation Germany’s Fisher jointing machine to produce veneer with large capacity, improve the weakness of veneer technique. The panel cutting team with 2015 CNC machines optimizes the waste cost for the customers We will cut the boards for the customers who buy the products and it will be free.
At the coating plant, there are 10 lines and one of them always guarantees same day delivery. The current coating capacity is 18,000m2/day.
